Happy Heavenly Birthday Krys. We miss you so much. You would of been 36 years old now. Nine years of not seeing you and hugging you is so difficult to get thru each year. Our guardian angel, we will always remember the joy and laughter you gave us for 27 years, it never gets stale. You are missed by us each and every day and we will always treasure your memory. Love you Krys.

Happy 8th birthday in heaven! Missing you so much Krys. 2020 has been such a rough year for everyone. I know you are our guardian angel watching over us to keep us safe. Wish we could see you one more time. We never got to say goodbye! Sleep in peace Krys, til we meet again.

9/3/2019 Happy Birthday in Heaven Krys! 7 birthdays without you! We miss you terribly and we are still numb that we will never see you again. You always give me a sign that you are around us. I truly believe that it is not a coincident that all these things happen on your special day. At the cemetery, when I let go of the balloon for your birthday, up the sky were 7 birds flying together. Why 7? Its your 7th birthday in heaven. Mimi who doesn’t see or hear well anymore, on your birthday, the Ring went off, no one was at the door but she was barking her head off (she doesn’t bark anymore, she is 13 years old). We knew it was you. Rest in peace son! always in our hearts.

you so much! We can only remember all the good times we shared with you on your
birthdays, which you always loved to celebrate. Thanks for always showing up on
your birthday to let us know that you are still around. You got me with the remote control and the knock on the door. Miss you always..

9/3/2017 Happy Birthday in heaven Krys! 5 birthday later and we are still looking around hoping that you would appear to blow out the birthday candle on your cake (you always loved your birthday’s). We miss you so much and we will continue to celebrate the day you came into this world. We know you are watching over us all the time. We get signals from you and thanks for letting us know, your spirit is around us all the time. Love and miss you Krys.

Each year gets so much harder to get through.  We celebrated your day with just a few of our close friends and family that always cared about you and continue to miss you just as must as we do. We miss you so very much and we will always remember the gift we received from God, September 3rd, 1985. He has new plans for you now and we will treasure all those special moments we had with you till the day we leave this earth. We love you Krys.

Can’t believe you are not here! I just cant believe we will never get to celebrate another birthday with you.

Happy 2nd Birthday in Heaven Krys! We miss you so much! Again your friends came by to remember you on your Birthday! You would have been 29. I would have teased you that you that this was the last year of the twenties and you that you are getting old and you would of then reminded me of how old I am and that I was the one that was old. I miss you horsing around and enjoying life the way it presented itself to you. You never held back and you always made sure you took chances and was never afraid of a challenge. We lit sky lanterns and sent them up to you to remind us that you will always remain in our hearts Life is so empty without you here. We know one day we will be together again.

Happy 1st Birthday in Heaven Krys! You would have been 28 today and this is the 1st birthday that we feel so empty without you around us. We tried to do everything that we know you loved to do on your birthday weekend but it was missing the most vital part, You! Your lively smile! Your love for everybody! Your affection that was so contagious!  We all came together from near and far to remember you on the day that God gave us this  precious gift 28 years ago of an angel who went by the name of Krystopher Nicholas Simmons. Our only wish was that you would be here in the flesh a lot longer but we can’t question God, there is a reason he took you from us and we know he makes no mistakes. You are missed by so many and it’s a struggle for us each and every day, so in turn we reach out to each other and we reminisce about the precious times we had being in your presence.  We know that you are watching over us because we felt your spirit around us all the time. I hope that your 1st birthday in heaven was a blast. I am sure you had everyone laughing and dancing as you do every year for your birthday.  We sent 28 sky lanterns to you last night, each carrying a message from your family, friends and co-workers. Today we remember and celebrate the man we love so much, a son, a brother, a grandson, a cousin, a boyfriend, a best friend, a friend and co-worker, a man we miss so terribly, a man we wish to see just one more time, a man who goes by the name Krys. Missing you so very much!  Life will never be the same without you in it!

Footage of the Celebration of Krys 28 Birthday,(1st in heaven) at the Gold Star Beach, Huntington NY where 35 family, friends, neighbors and co-workers lit and sent  26 out of 28 sky lanterns. What an amazing day and we felt Krys’ spirit the entire time. Some of the lanterns went up in the sky as planned and some gave us  a little trouble but it was a day that we will never forget. Happy Birthday Krys! ,  You will always live as long as I live, You will never be forgotten as long as I live, and you will always be loved as long as I live! Love your family….
